Beavers love getting outside, and this kit makes it easy for them to connect with nature while helping wildlife! Each Beaver builds their own mini bug hotel using slot-together wooden pieces and natural materials, creating a safe space for mini-beasts to move in.

Session Time
45–60 minutes including build and bug-spotting discussion.

• PVA or wood glue (optional)

• Paints, markers, or stickers if Beavers want to decorate

• Extra natural fillers (pine cones, leaves, twigs) gathered locally

Leader Notes
Designed for Beavers aged 6–8. The slot-together design makes this kit simple and fun, with leaders helping on glue and finishing touches if needed. Once completed, the bug hotels can be placed outside straight away, giving Beavers a chance to revisit them later to see who has moved in!

Group Sizing
One kit per Beaver is recommended. Bulk packs available for groups of 10.
